Scheduling
We ask that you schedule an initial evaluation
with the doctor. At that time questions will be answered, the necessary
procedure is determined and discussed, an in-depth health history is taken and
attention will be directed towards discussing safe, conservative effective
treatment options. We will then schedule you for a surgical procedure if you so desire
through our front office. After surgery you
will usually have one or two post-operative appointments to check your
recovery.
Occasionally, we experience emergency scheduling
of patients involved in accidents and other acute emergencies. We do try
to stay on schedule; however, there are instances when even the best of
planning cannot control your waiting room time. In case of a long wait or
unanticipated emergency, we will be happy to reschedule another convenient
time for you.

Make a Consultation Appointment
We recognize that plastic surgery is an important
personal decision and event in your life. While maintaining your privacy
and confidentiality, and treating you with utmost respect and
professionalism, our entire staff is dedicated to the highest standard of
care and result. This is why we require a consultation before a surgery
date can be determined. At the consultation, an individualized surgical
plan will be determined. During the consultation, you will meet with Dr.
Jonas and with the consultant, and will explain in detail why you are
contemplating plastic surgery, and how you hope to look and feel
afterward. Dr. Jonas will then explain which surgical technique is most
appropriate for you, and cost involved. The procedure will then be
discussed, as well as the healing and recovery process. The consultant
will then discuss scheduling and quote each procedure you are considering.
The decision to book plastic surgery is then yours to make. Our goal is to
help to inform and educate you about plastic surgery, and whether it is
appropriate for you. The consultation lasts
approximately 30 to 45 minutes. Remember, we
want you to feel comfortable asking questions. At the consultation we will
provide you with brochures and pamphlets on any procedures you may be
considering so that you can review them at home or with a spouse, parent,
etc. Please contact us to schedule a consultation appointment. Our office
hours are 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. Our phone number is
610-649-9099.
